Starting on 26 January 2010, people were able to take part in the Four Days Challenge, which was an online search for the Origami Killer.[38][39] People had to pool ideas and clues in order to find the Origami Killer. When European players registered, they gained access to an exclusive in-game Playstation Home T-shirt. U.S. players were given the chance to get a shirt during the Four Days Challenge.[40] If Week 2 of the challenge was completed successfully, users received a code to play the demo early.[41] If Week 4 of the challenge was completed successfully, users received a code for a free Heavy Rain dynamic theme.
