Greetings and Happiest of 2009's to all you Benheads! Its been far too long since any update and I wanted to let you all know where we are at and heading. The songs are shaping up nicely and we are finally ready to get into the studio over the next few months. We don't have a date for the release but hope its ready by summertime. We will be doing some cool stuff with the Shallow Bay and Cage Rattle to give everyone a glimpse into studio life via live webcast and chat.
